Quickly Gain Muscle


























Gaining muscles quickly will be an easy task for you once you understand the fundamentals. Whether you're genetically gifted or a hard gainer, you'll be able to double, and even triple you're results once you understand how to quickly gain muscle mass!

The first fundamental step in gaining muscles quickly is eating. You have to eat a lot of calories. Your calories should be mostly from proteins and carbohydrates. Try to eat at least 2-3 grams of carbs per pound of body weight. And at least 2 grams of protein per pound of body weight per day.

An example would be if you weighed 180 pounds, you should consume around 360-500 grams of carbs and around 360 grams of protein. I know this seems like a lot of protein and carbs. But trust, it'll put a lot of muscle mass on you.

If you're consuming a lot of protein and carbs and you notice that you're putting on too much body fat, cut back on calories. The point is to put on as much muscles as possible without adding body fat. You should eat around 8-11 meals a day. If that's too much for you, knock it down to maybe 6 meals.

But be sure to get more than 1 gram of protein per body weight. Anything less will hinder your muscle growth. And remember, the name of the game is to quickly gain muscle mass. So, don't skip out on the nutrition side of the equation.

The next fundamental step in gaining muscles quickly is exercise. You should be doing core lifts. What I mean is, you should do exercises that target the larger muscle groups, such as bench presses, squats, should press, and dead lifts.

You should workout at least 4 days a week. 3 days is ok. But no more than 5. You want to workout hard, but also be able to recover so that you don't over train. Oh, and be sure you get enough sleep at night. You'll be amazed at the difference it'll make in how quickly you gain muscle mass from getting enough sleep.
